Leadership

ABDULLAHI BARE Managing Partner

Mr. Bare has nearly a decade of experience in Commercial Drafting and Practice, Joint Venture Consultancy, Negotiations & Structuring, Security perfection, Legal & Governance Audit, Construction law, Maritime law, and Immigration law. Mr. Bare holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from Mount Kenya University and a postgraduate diploma from Kenya School of Law.

Mr. Bare has previously served in several bodies and is currently the Board Chairperson at Eurobs Commodity Group, Network for Strategic Development, and Habco Developers Limited. He is additionally a Commissioner for Oaths and a Public Notary and boasts of numerous professional trainings. He is a diligent and innovative lawyer, with distinctive client-centred solutions in his legal service offerings.

Mr. Bare is passionate about legal aid and frequently provides pro bono legal services to the indigent. He also mentor’s younger members of the profession

Lilly UMAZI MWASHIGHADI Senior Associate Litigation & Dispute Resolution

Ms. Umazi has a wealth of experience in litigation and day-to-day management of a law firm. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Law from Moi University and a Postgraduate Diploma from Kenya School of Law.

She is an excellent trial advocate and has represented clients with success in commercial and civil disputes, employment and labour disputes, land-related, family, and children matters which include succession cases, divorce cases, protection against domestic abuse, and matrimonial property disputes, constitutional litigation and insurance & personal injury claims in Superior Courts and Tribunals in Kenya.

Ms. Umazi doubles up as the team leader in charge of the day-to-day management of the law firm. She guarantees professionalism in all matters that she handles thus always safeguarding the best interests of her clients.

Jefferson James Omondi Senior Associate, Commercial Transactions & Conveyancing.

Jefferson J. Omondi is a Senior Associate, he focuses his practice primarily on commercial transactions and real estate transactions. He is equally up to the task should the need arise for criminal litigation and civil litigation.

Owing to his keen eye for detail and his extensive expertise in contract negotiation and drafting, Omondi has overseen a wide range of intricate, large scale commercial and real estate transactions.

He leverages on his expertise in commercial and real estate transactions to represent an array of clients in commercial disputes. He is devoted to diligently and efficiently handling the clients’ affairs with integrity and skill.
